After 38 extraordinary years, Hibernia Restaurant closed its doors on 18 May 2025. We are deeply grateful to everyone who shared a meal with us, celebrated life’s moments here, and became part of the Hibernia story.
Today, we’re proud to introduce Maison Hibernia — a new chapter in the same spirit of thoughtful hospitality. nestled in the same serene location, Maison Hibernia offers boutique accommodation designed with the same care, warmth, and timeless charm that defined the restaurant.
Maison Hibernia joins Hibernia Villa, our existing rental property just a short walk away, as part of a growing retreat for those seeking rest, beauty, and connection in Anguilla.

HIBERNIA RESTAURANT & ART GALLERY opened in 1987 when Mary-Pat & Raoul moved to Anguilla. "Since the purchase of the property in 2013, we have made extensive structural changes. The tables now border a Balinese-style water pool, nestled in a stone sculpture garden filled with dessert roses. We will always try to treat our guests to a most memorable meal. We can proudly say that everything served to you is hand-made in our kitchen. During your visit, enjoy wandering through the art gallery to browse our latest collection of paintings, hand-made silver jewelry & antiques".
